Registration for the RPM Challenge is handled by third-party services (Typeform and Google), but your information is only accessible by Unpossible NL and our Community Partners for the purposes of carrying out RPM Challenge-related activities.
The RPM Challenge Registration Form collects the following information:
• Artist or Band Name
• Email address
• Location information
• Project information (i.e., what you’re working on)
The Submission Form for the RPM Challenge collects the following information:
• Artist or Band Name
• Email address
• Project information (i.e., what you’ve made)
• Location information
Also on that form, you have the option to provide:
• Music files
• Record art
The Submission Form and Sign Up Form for the RPM Challenge are handled by third-party services (Google, Typeform and Dropbox), but your information is only accessible by the Unpossible NL and our select Community Partners for RPM Challenge-related regional events and services.
The RPM Challenge website also uses browser cookies. We use these only to help you interact with the site, not to gather any further personal information.
What We Share
By completing the online form, our administrators and Community Partners may view the information you’ve chosen to provide. We use this information only to support RPM Challenge activities.
By submitting audio files to us you agree with having them available to stream royalty-free on the RPM Challenge site, played on the RPM radio stream, as well as played at listening parties (either online or in person). You also consent to us making these files available on our website and our external music hosting accounts (RadioKing and Soundcloud).
You may request to delete your files or information at any time by emailing info@rpmchallenge.com.
RPM Challenge will not share any of your data with other third parties, unless it is necessary for safety or legal purposes.
Who Can See You
By default, your Artist or Band Name, project information and location are viewable by other users on the RPM Challenge site.
Emails
Registering using the RPM Challenge form subscribes you to our mailing lists. We use a third-party service (Squarespace) for our mailing-list management, but your information is only accessible by the Unpossible NL and our Community Partners for the purpose of coordinating RPM Challenge events. You may unsubscribe or update your email preferences at any time.
Data Protection
You may access and/or update the majority of your personal information at any time. Some information that we collect is stored only in the RPM Challenge database — in these cases, you may contact us to request a copy of all the information we possess.
External Links
Our website and Discord server may link to external sites that are not operated by us. Please be aware that we have no control over the content and practices of these sites, and cannot accept responsibility or liability for their respective privacy policies.
