The record was done entirely "in the box," with no microphones, MIDI controllers, or musical instruments except for modular synth on "Investigations." Everything was at one or the other extremes of grid-based programming and free-form experiments. I should have recorded some guitars.

I found some better free plugins. Did more editing in Reaper rather than taking everything into Audacity.
