My record is not the greatest sound quality. I didn't know what I was doing and I didn't have great gear. The good gear I had I couldn't use properly but I refused to let that stop me. I made videos for all the songs first and then recorded the songs on my little Boss recorder... transfered the mp3 experiments to my videos and edited it as best I could. The problem now to be solved was how to get my videos into mps. My solution was to play the songs on my computer while my microphone picks up the music without the video. It sounds crappy but it is finished. I made it for myself. I like challenges and expressing what can't be easily expressed with words alone. It helps.
Favourite Moment
I just loved the entire process. Self absorbed with an excuse is good. I amhappy I got to record an RPM album for Denny Ellsworth this year. Spreading the fun is the best part. I still need a band ... One day!
Advice
Knowing that it doesn't have to be good... it just has to be done makes the challenge safe. It is a wonderful way to play. I loved it so much that this is my second RPM album. I would highly recommend it.
