About

I wrote a Country record for my grandfather, Don Johnson. The lyrics I wrote from stories he has told me over the years. He will be 83 years old next week, and this is my gift to him.

Favourite Moment

I would have regular phone calls weekly with my grandfather this month to help piece together a lifetime in 5 songs.. we had some great conversations.

Advice

This was HARD, really took a step away from my comfort zone (last year I did an ambient-electronic album). I did learn some vocal mixing techniques!
